A Truly Amazing Journey with Spot Kenya Safaris
We had an amazing experience with Spot Kenya Safaris! From the very beginning, the communication during the planning phase was smooth and efficient — everything was customized exactly as we wanted. Our guide and driver were both highly professional and knowledgeable about all the places we visited. We explored Naivasha, enjoyed incredible game drives in Masai Mara and Nairobi National Park, and also visited the Elephant Orphanage and Giraffe Centre. Throughout the entire journey, we always felt completely safe and well taken care of. The itinerary was well organized, and every detail was handled perfectly. Not recommended! To avoid! Be careful!
I give 1 Star because I can't give less than 2! Absolutely to avoid!!! After spending $6,300 in three for 9 days, he placed us in indecent accommodations, was almost never available on the phone and was not available to meet our needs that were limited to the standard, not luxury certainly. We had a huge health problem and the owner, Maurice, treated us rudely, without sensitivity. He refused to reimburse even a small part of it even though he had cancelled the reservations in time. Knowledgeable Tour operator who can help independent travellers navigate the safari experience in Kenya.
As independent travellers we had already booked our rental car and camp stays. We came to Maurice looking for help with guides. Communication through whats App was good and he was flexible and helpful with making arrangements for the guides to stay with us. We then lost our rental car, misunderstanding resulting in us having no transport with one week to go. Maurice stepped up and found us a car and the excellent Ben to work with us as our travelling guide. He also organised a car and guide for Nairobi who was helpful and knowledgeable. We sent quite a lot of money to Spot Kenya and were a little nervous when we arrived but with no grounds. Maurice, a car and a guide were waiting for us at our airport hotel and everything went smoothly. I think most importantly he knows the business and knows a lot of people so for independent travellers he can be a big help when you are getting organised. One comment I would make is be sure you know exactly what you are paying for and what is an extra. there was a little confusion, nothing drastically expensive, but there were some expenses we hadn't realised were coming.

The best experience
With Spot Kenya Safari, we were on a 3-day safari and a trip to Wasini Island. Everything was prepared very professionally. The staff is punctual, friendly, committed, and above all, they care about the comfort and safety of tourists. All this gave us some of the most beautiful experiences in our travels. It was too important to be well looked after on our first trip to Kenya. The communication was great. The safaris were well organized, the guides excellent and the driver very well. We also place emphasis on individual programs according to our expectations. What was possible was done. So one feels in a foreign country almost like home. Our expectations were exceeded and we are happy to come to the offers back when we visit Kenya again. Our safari experience

The tour consultant Geoffrey Mukari from Spot Kenyan Safaris arranged safari and hotel accommodation. Geoffrey was easy to communicate with and catered for all my needs. The 7 day safari was just amazing, all the lodges were superb. We went to Samburu, Lake Baringo, Lake Nakuru, Masai Mara and a beach holiday in Mombasa. We were so lucky to see all the big five. The driver/guide was brilliant with great knowledge of all the animals and birds. I would recommend this respectable honest company to anyone who wants a fabulous safari in Kenya, ask for Geoffrey Mukari.
