This itinerary adds Samburu National Reserve to our Nakuru–Mara luxury route. Samburu's dry, rugged landscape supports species found nowhere else in Kenya's southern parks — Grevy's zebra, reticulated giraffe, gerenuk and Somali ostrich among them — making it a genuinely different opening chapter before the trip turns south.
Days one and two cover Samburu, with game drives focused on its dry-country specialities. Day three is the transfer south to Lake Nakuru with an afternoon drive. Day four continues to the Maasai Mara. Days five and six are spent in the reserve. Day seven is a final morning drive before the return to Nairobi.
The price shown is a guide per adult sharing a twin room, full board across six nights at luxury lodges. This is a substantial road-trip itinerary; flying one or more legs can be arranged and quoted separately.
